When will I receive my purchase?
The delivery of the orders is usually made within 24-48 hours (orientative term taking into account schedules, working days and the agency's own service).

We usually comply with our forecasts, although we cannot guarantee their punctuality. However, as soon as the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email communicating the expected delivery date.

We deliver Monday to Friday, and never on holidays. Keep in mind that deliveries are made during working hours, so we recommend that you use a shipping address in which someone can address delivery.

If your purchase exceeds € 39, shipping is free. The amount of shipping costs for Peninsula and the Balearic Islands is € 6.95 in purchases below € 39. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
